COP28 Presidency Urges Global Collaboration to Accelerate Sustainable Development
The urgent need for global cooperation was stressed by Dr. Sultan bin Ahmed Al Jaber, Minister of Industry and Advanced Technology and COP28 President, in an effort to fully utilize Artificial Intelligence (AI), energy transition and growth of the Global South in promoting climate-positive sustainable development. Speaking at the opening ceremony of the Baku Energy Week, Dr. Al Jaber the pivotal role of AI in driving energy efficiencies that will help curb emissions when there is rising energy demand.
