Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the UAE President, showed his country's consistent backing for processes addressing the conflict in Sudan by speaking to Abdel Fattah al-Burhan, the head of Sudan's armed forces, in the course of making a critical and sympathetic decision recently.  To stop further escalation and promote stability, the UAE’s Vice President Sheikh Mohammed has stressed that his country is steadfast in responding to what Sudanese want by making use of tranquil words. This appeal was testament to the UAE’s proactive stance on global diplomacy and aid.

The UAE is showing a future-oriented path towards global leadership through giving substantial aid and stressing on political solutions. Nothing short of remarkable is the UAE’s humanitarian drive. To demonstrate solidarity with refugees, a plane full of food weighing 100 tons was recently dispatched to South Sudan. Earlier this year, an airstrip was built so that Sudanese and Chadians could receive medical help and food supplies from United Arab Emirates. The UAE’s relentless escape helps reduce Suffering and increase growth by renovating three schools while setting up a field hospital that has treated thousands of Sudanese refugees in Amdjarass.
