UAE: Abdullah bin Zayed, Antony Blinken Discuss Regional Developments, Efforts to Reach Ceasefire in Gaza

 




Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed has again expressed that United Arab Emirates backs the efforts by USA in conjunction with major key international players to ensure that ceasefire is maintained which is sustainable enough to safeguard each person. He reiterated about how there has been an intensification in the humanitarian disaster at Gaza Strip hence calling for immediate joint sustained actions for fast response regarding the primary existence of people and supply of vital relief items. The significance of reducing tensions and countering extremism in the region was underscored by Sheikh Abdullah. The two ministers agreed to take the 40th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the two countries next year as an opportunity to further consolidate the traditional friendship between their people.
