UAE Welcomes 15th Group of Wounded Palestinian Children and Cancer Patients: A Testament to Humanitarian Commitment

The UAE has once again demonstrated its unwavering commitment to humanitarian aid by welcoming the 15th group of wounded Palestinian children and cancer patients. Under the directives of President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the UAE continues to provide crucial medical treatment to those in need from the Gaza Strip. Upon their arrival at Zayed International Airport, 27 patients, accompanied by 60 family members, were swiftly transferred to hospitals for urgent care, while others were taken to the Emirates Humanitarian City for ongoing support.

Gratitude poured in from the relatives of the patients, who expressed heartfelt appreciation to the UAE and its wise leadership for this noble initiative. They hailed the UAE's swift response and steadfast solidarity as a beacon of support during challenging times. The tireless efforts of medical and volunteer teams were also commended for their unwavering dedication to the patients' well-being throughout their journey.

Since the outset of the crisis, the UAE has remained a steadfast supporter of Gaza, launching "Operation Chivalrous Knight 3" to provide essential humanitarian assistance. Notably, the UAE has established a 150-bed field hospital in Gaza and the Floating Hospital in Al Arish port, equipped with state-of-the-art facilities to cater to the medical needs of the affected population. Through these initiatives, the UAE continues to exemplify its commitment to alleviating suffering and promoting solidarity among sisterly nations in times of need.
