UAE Soars to 8th Position in Global Connectivity Rankings

 


In a recent development, the United Arab Emirates (UAE) has solidified its position as a global connectivity powerhouse, securing the 8th spot among the world's top 10 most globalized countries. DHL's esteemed Global Connectedness Report reveals this significant leap, reflecting the UAE's unwavering commitment to fostering international trade and bolstering global supply chains.


Notably, the UAE's remarkable ascent in the rankings is a testament to its sustained efforts in enhancing connectivity across various domains. With a steadfast upwards trajectory, the country's connectivity score has surged faster than any other nation in the index since 2021, underscoring its pivotal role in driving global economic integration.


The report, based on an extensive analysis of 181 countries, sheds light on the UAE's exceptional progress in facilitating international trade through its extensive network of trade, investment, immigration, and tourism connections. Furthermore, the introduction of a new metric, "depth," emphasizes the ease and value of cross-border trade, illustrating the UAE's dedication to fostering frictionless, borderless commerce.
