Soon in the capital, Baghdad.. "City of the Future"

 




Bloom Properties, a UAE-based developer, has signed a contract with the Iraqi National Investment Commission to develop the "City of the Future" on an area of two million and 500 thousand square meters, located 14.5 km west of Baghdad city center. The project is estimated to cost $6.5 billion and will include 15,000 housing units on residential towers and horizontal housing units surrounded by integrated services. The development will be built to world-class standards and will feature a range of amenities, including schools, hospitals, parks, and shopping centers. The project is expected to create job opportunities and boost the local economy
